Q. Why are there two separate categories? Do I need to make separate listings?
A. There’re certain waste categories which are governed by rules & regulations. To ensure, these waste category items are handled as per the regulation, we have created two separate categories. It is highly advisable to make separate listings for wastes in regulated & unregulated (other) categories.
Q. How does Wastebazar channelize regulated listings & other listings?
A. Buyers registering for the regulated category are required to submit their license document to establish they are authorized to handle this waste. Therefore, only those buyers who have got requisite registrations in place gets to participate in regulated waste.
Q. Are there any charges associated?
A. No! Using Wastebazar is absolutely free to you. Just sign-up, verify your e-mail id & mobile number, login and complete your details in your profile and you are all set to sell your waste
Q. Why is there a multi-buyer bidding system?
A. To ensure you get the freedom of choice to select the buyer and also save your efforts in negotiations. Competitive bidding will help you get better value for your listing
Q. Do I have to wait for a certain number of buyers to bid on my listing?
A. No! You can set a number of days within which buyers can place their bids to your listings. You may extend the time if you want to have more bids.
Q. Will I be bothered by buyers to seek details of my items I list?
A. No! You must provide details in the description section when listing. This will help the buyer to quote appropriately and avoid any future conflicts. We do not share your contact details with buyers during the bidding cycle; your details are shared only with the winning buyer you select.

Q. If I register in Another category, Can I register for the regulated category under the same account, at a later date?
A. Yes! You can do so. But whenever you register for a Regulated category, you will have to submit your Pollution Control Board’s registration document to be eligible for viewing listings in a respective regulated category.
Q. Is there any registration fee to use the portal?
A. It’s free if you register by 1st August 2016. Thereafter, there will be a nominal fee for the usage of these services. Be assured, this fee will be much lesser than the cost you will otherwise incur to generate such leads.
Q. What if I need assistance during my use of portal?
A. We are there to help you wherever you need. You can use live chat option for instant support or send a message to the Admin for anything else
Q. How do I know if my bid is selected?
A. We will notify you on the portal and also send an e-mail to your registered e-mail id.
